LIVE142 new IT tenders opened across 26 countries this morning

The bid department you never had to hire.

Crewbox Bid finds the public contracts your company can actually win, writes the complete bid from your own material, and scores it like an evaluator would. You sign and submit. We earn mainly when you win.

Buyers with open IT tenders this week
The problem

Public buyers in the EU spend around two trillion euros a year. Most small firms never see the tender that was made for them, and the ones that do lose their evenings to paperwork, then bid on the wrong ones.

01 · TOO MUCH TO READ
142/day

New tenders in one niche

IT and software alone, across 28 countries and as many languages. Nobody on a small team can read that every morning.

02 · TOO MUCH TO WRITE
40+ pages

A typical bid package

Method, team, references, risk, compliance forms, declarations. Weeks of senior time for one submission.

03 · TOO MUCH AT STAKE
€293k

Median contract awarded

Across the last 86 IT award notices with a euro value. One missed tender is a year of revenue for a small firm.

How it works

Five steps. Four are ours.
One is yours.

01 / EVERY MORNING

We read every tender so you don't.

Each morning we read every new public tender in your field across Europe, translate it, and pull out what matters: the buyer, the value, the deadline and the rules.

  • Official notices from TED, the EU's tender journal
  • Any language, summarised in plain English
  • Tenders with too little time to win are dropped
CREWBOX
02 / SAME MORNING

We tell you which ones you can win.

Each tender is scored against your services, references, size and certificates, and against who usually wins in that market. You only see "Bid" when it is a real chance.

  • A clear bid, watch or skip, with the reasons
  • Gaps you could fix, like a missing certificate
  • Honest no-bids save you the most time
CREWBOX
03 / WITHIN DAYS

We write the full bid, in the buyer's own order.

Every answer follows the buyer's award criteria and weights, written from your past bids, CVs and policies. Facts we don't have are marked for you, never guessed.

  • Every claim traced to your own documents
  • Word limits and section order respected
  • Gaps highlighted for you to confirm
CREWBOX
04 / BEFORE YOU SEE IT

We score it like the evaluator will.

A separate review panel marks the draft against the buyer's scoring grid, points out where marks are lost, and the bid is revised before it reaches you.

  • A predicted score for every criterion
  • Specific fixes, not generic advice
  • Revised until it is worth your signature
CREWBOX
05 / ABOUT TWO HOURS

You check, sign and submit.

You get the finished bid, a checklist of every form and certificate, and the few facts only you can confirm. You submit it on the buyer's portal, under your name.

  • Nothing goes to a buyer without you
  • Every form and deadline on one list
  • If you win, we share in it. If not, you learn why.

2. Approach and delivery plan

Within the first 30 days we audit the ministry's 14 public-facing services against WCAG 2.2 AA and EN 301 549, and deliver a ranked list of fixes with effort estimates your 2025 audit report, so teams start with the changes that help the most users first.

Delivery runs in six two-week cycles, each ending with a progress report and a short demonstration your delivery policy. Our accessibility lead, [[YOU CONFIRM: name and certification]], has led three comparable public-sector audits, including [[YOU CONFIRM: reference project and year]].

Risks we have planned for: limited access to legacy systems (we start with a read-only audit) and shifting priorities (a monthly re-ranking agreed with your product owner).

Our promises

Your name is on every bid. We act like it.

You decide, always

We prepare. You approve and submit. Nothing reaches a buyer without your signature.

Nothing invented

Every claim comes from your own documents. Anything we don't know is marked for you to fill in.

Your files stay yours

Your library is used only for your bids, never shared with another client, and deleted when you leave.

Better every week

Every result and every evaluator's feedback becomes a rule your next bid follows.

Questions

Before you start.

Something else? Ask us directly, a person replies.

Do you submit bids for us?

No. We prepare the complete bid and the checklist. You, or someone on your team, sign it off and submit it on the buyer's portal. It stays your bid and your decision.

Will the AI make things up?

No. Bids are written only from what you give us: past bids, CVs, case studies and policies. Where a fact is missing, the draft says so in a highlighted box for you to fill in.

Which tenders do you cover?

Every tender published on TED, the EU's official tender journal, in your field and the countries you sell in. That covers all EU public tenders above the EU thresholds.

How do you decide what to bid for?

Each tender is scored against your services, references, size and certificates, and against who usually wins in that market. We recommend bidding only when you have a real chance.

What do you need from us to start?

A 30-minute call and the documents you already have: a few past bids, team CVs, case studies, certificates and policies. They become your bid library.

What happens if we don't win?

You pay only the monthly fee, or nothing as a founding client. We read the buyer's feedback and the award notice, and the lesson goes into your next bid.
