This website describes Crewbox Bid, a service that finds public tenders, drafts bids and checks them before a client submits them.

The free tender check

The tender check is free and creates no obligation. It is our reading of public tender notices at the time we send it. We do our best to be accurate, but tender documents change and the buyer's published documents always take precedence.

Our service for clients

Paid work is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the fees, the success fee and what each side does. In every case the client reviews, signs and submits its own bids. Crewbox never submits a bid on a client's behalf.

Market data on this site

The tender and award figures on the homepage come from TED, the EU's official tenders journal, and are refreshed every morning. Titles are machine-translated into English. Example bids and fit scores on the homepage are labelled as examples.
